The Light Factory is excited to offer a new, free class on the rapidly evolving world of NFTs and crypto marketplaces. This class will teach you how crypto technology and digital marketplaces can be accessed, and how they can benefit you as an artist and photographer.
Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are key to the emerging economy of digital art on the Ethereum crypto-currency blockchain. If you’ve heard the term NFT but are unsure of where to start, this class is for you.
Blockchain technology and web 3.0 is re-creating the internet as we know it. New opportunities are emerging for artists in digital communities. In this course, we will cover the basics and current best practices of tokenomics, digital art marketplaces, minting, buying, and selling NFTs.
These concepts will be broken down into relatable concepts allowing any photographer or artist to create and sell NFTs. Sign up today to learn more about this emerging world of artistic trade.
Cancelation Policy
The Light Factory reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule courses to adjust for enrollment and to change course instructors when necessary. If The Light Factory cancels a course for any reason, each registered participant will be informed as soon as possible and will have the opportunity to transfer to another course.
Fees must be paid at the time of registration. You must cancel a minimum of five days before the course start date to receive a refund. No refunds will be made for canceling on the day of the course or after the course has started.
The Light Factory does not offer make-up courses or tuition reimbursement for student absenteeism. This policy applies to all students of all ages, including adults.
