“It has been an honor and a pleasure to serve as executive director of TLF for the past six years. I am especially proud of the work and changes that we have made during this past year. We have updated our mission and vision and made a commitment to be more inclusive and to focus on community. We have started having monthly photo walks around Charlotte and mini-workshops at TLF and are exhibiting more local photographers’ work.
