Intro to Digital Photography

Digital Photography: The course will cover the fundamentals of using a digital camera, and capturing images, as well as post processing practices. You will be introduced to display methods on your camera, introduced to file sizes, print options, storage, and how social media factors into digital photography. This class is taught so you will confidently be able to capture photographs in creative methods. Unlike most beginner classes, the goal is to develop and further your skills and knowledge of digital usage and digital file control. This class is structured so that you will learn techniques that most amateur photographers learn after 1-2 years of practice.
Cancelation Policy
The Light Factory reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule courses to adjust for enrollment and to change course instructors when necessary. If The Light Factory cancels a course for any reason, each registered participant will be informed as soon as possible and will have the opportunity to transfer to another course.
Fees must be paid at the time of registration. You must cancel a minimum of five days before the course start date to receive a refund. No refunds will be made for canceling on the day of the course or after the course has started.
The Light Factory does not offer make-up courses or tuition reimbursement for student absenteeism. This policy applies to all students of all ages, including adults.
