This hands-on class introduces you to shooting on 35mm film, covering camera basics, light metering, and how to thoughtfully compose each shot before pressing the shutter. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to reconnect with the craft, you’ll learn to trust your eye, embrace imperfection, and capture images with intention one frame at a time.

Cancelation Policy
The Light Factory reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule courses to adjust for enrollment and to change course instructors when necessary. If The Light Factory cancels a course for any reason, each registered participant will be informed as soon as possible and will have the opportunity to transfer to another course.
Fees must be paid at the time of registration. You must cancel a minimum of five days before the course start date to receive a refund. No refunds will be made for canceling on the day of the course or after the course has started.
The Light Factory does not offer make-up courses or tuition reimbursement for student absenteeism. This policy applies to all students of all ages, including adults.
