Special Summer Course:
Golden Hour Photography
Cost: $70
We have a nice opportunity to take advantage of the long days of summer in this new class, Golden Hour Photography. We will be meeting on Friday evenings when Plaza Midwood is a buzz.
So, when is the golden hour? It’s either one hour after sunrise or one hour before sunset. This class will focus on the light before sunset! You will learn a variety of techniques to use the soft, warm, directional light to produce images that are pure magic! You will also be learning to use modifiers and off-camera lighting to push your images and photography know-how! Make the most of the sunlight and use it to your advantage.
- To use the soft, warm, directional light
- The best camera settings to use
- How to create lens flare and silhouette
- How to use modifiers and off camera lighting with golden hour sunlight
- Camera: Digital or film will work for this class
- Tripod (TLF has some available to use)
Cancelation Policy
The Light Factory reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule courses to adjust for enrollment and to change course instructors when necessary. If The Light Factory cancels a course for any reason, each registered participant will be informed as soon as possible and will have the opportunity to transfer to another course.
Fees must be paid at the time of registration. You must cancel a minimum of five days before the course start date to receive a refund. No refunds will be made for canceling on the day of the course or after the course has started.
The Light Factory does not offer make-up courses or tuition reimbursement for student absenteeism. This policy applies to all students of all ages, including adults.
