A would-be Palestinian suicide bomber is forced to spend a weekend in Tel Aviv when his explosive vest fails to detonate. While there, he crosses paths with and surprisingly connects with the “enemies” he was sent to kill. Through these unlikely relationships, especially the love that blooms with Keren, a beautiful girl who is estranged from her Orthodox family, he discovers the spark of life returning to fill his soul. As the weekend comes to a close, he is forced to make the decision of his life… A daring and engaging film that explores the human side of both halves of a conflict. Winner of Audience Award, Moscow International Film Festival, 2008. (Hebrew, Arabic, English subtitles). 100 minutes
