Fashion & Creative Portraiture Photography Camp (Grades 9-12)

Class Description:

This course will teach students to creatively move past making a basic portrait. The instructor will share examples of work from fashion photographers who focus on creative portraits. Students will learn to create a unique, memorable portrait using lighting, setting, exposure, composition, focus, and camera angle. In addition, students will learn to manipulate their images in Adobe Photoshop using basic tools. In class critiques will offer students constructive feedback and out-of-class shooting assignments will allow photographers to take their creative process home. A 35mm film or digital camera is required for this course. Class size is limited to 7 students.
