Summer Camps Virtual Show

. . .

August 2020

All summer long our students toil away in our summer camps, exploring contemporary and traditional photographic techniques. Their enthusiasm is only matched by their dedicated teachers, which is why, at the end of every summer, we convene in our gallery for a one-night pop-up show to celebrate all of the work created in our classrooms. Seeing our students’ work on the walls is always a delight for students, parents, teachers, and TLF patrons alike, so we hope you’ll join us for this standing-room-only event.

The 12th Annuale: A Juried Portfolio Showcase

. . .

Virtual Exhibition + Juror Talk (date TBD)
Thursday, August 20 – Friday, October 16

Our annual photography competition showcases work from photographers throughout the international photographic community, ultimately consisting of four to six photographers, each of whom present five to seven images in our gallery. This year’s juror is Julie Grahame, a photography consultant and curator who also edits, writes, and publishes aCurator magazine. Each year this exhibition introduces our community to gifted photographers, and we expect the 12th Annuale to continue this tradition.

2020 Auction Preview Show

. . .

Monday, October 26 – Saturday, November 7 (Auction Night, will be virtual)

While the Auction is a big party where you can purchase fine art photography at incredible values, it also serves as TLF’s biggest fundraiser, accounting for one-third of our operating revenue. While we certainly hope you’ll make plans to join us for the big event on Saturday, November 7, the Auction Preview Show gives you an opportunity to take in all the work graciously donated from photographers across the country before all the bidding starts.

Members’ Show

. . .

Virtual Exhibition
Thursday, November 19 – Saturday, January 2, 2021

The Members’ Show is an exhibition that showcases our wildly talented members, who range from dedicated hobbyists to professional photographers. If you’re a member of TLF, you know the drill for this annual year-end tradition: you can submit one matted, framed, and ready-to-hang piece for the show. After that, there’s only one thing left to do: come celebrate with us at the opening reception on Thursday, November 19.
